Not quite seven years in Tibet but Ivan had a good time and bought us all these Gillet things which John is modelling as it was Johns birthday he got him a lovely warm hat for his balding pate, how thoughtful is that?

Yay it's that time of year again the Roadie season has finished and now it's time for Interbike, the world's largest cycle show.
